摘　　要：为了提高以建材机械为特色的过程装备与控制工程专业应用型本科人才培养质量,针对传统校企合作存在的不足之处,探讨以强化产学研合作和创新创业能力为目标的项目教学动态管理人才培养模式,实践内涵式发展,以期达到“建设一流应用型本科院校,培养一流人才”的战略目标。In order to improve the quality of applied undergraduate talents in process equipment and control engineering featuring building materials machinery,and to address the shortcomings of traditional school-enterprise cooperation,this paper explores the talent training model of the project teaching dynamic management with the goal of strengthening the industry-university-research cooperation and innovation-entrepreneurship abilities,and practice the connotative development path.Then,the strategic goal of“building a first-class applied undergraduate college and cultivating first-class talents”would be achieved.
