摘　　要：上好开学第一课既是各高校迎新工作的重点,也是各专业教师面临的重大课题。大学语文、演讲与口才两门课程的教学实践为上好开学第一课提供了借鉴与思考。理想信念教育、大学生涯规划教育、展示教师魅力等内容融入开学第一课,有助于学生树立正确的“三观”,提高学习热情,为实现人才培养目标奠定良好的基础。To let the new college students receive a good enrollment education is not only the focus of the student work in colleges and universities,but also the important subject faced by professional teachers.The teaching practice of College Chinese course and Speech and Eloquence course provide some reference for the freshmen enrollment education.The integration of ideal and belief education,career planning education,and the display of college teachers'charms into the enrollment education is helpful for students to establish correct world outlook,outlook on life and values,improve their enthusiasm for learning,and lay a good foundation for realizing the goal of talent training.
