艺术治疗视野下社区老年人的精神养护研究

摘　　要：艺术治疗又称艺术心理治疗,是一种心理治疗的介入方法,横跨艺术和心理两大领域。基于艺术治疗的视野,探索以艺术为媒介对社区老年人进行精神养护,满足老年人情感与心理的需求,从而改善老年人心灵与人际社会整体健康能力之精神养护。Art therapy,also called art psychotherapy,is an interventional method of psychotherapy,which mainly spans two major fields of art and psychology.From the perspective of art therapy,this study actively explore the use of art as a medium to enhance the spiritual care of the elderly in community,to meet the emotional and psychological needs of the elderly,and to improve the spiritual care of the elderly's mind and the overall health of the interpersonal society.
