摘  要:近年来,肺癌的发病率和死亡率逐年增长,严重威胁着人类的健康和生命,非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)起病隐匿,早期不易发现,发现时往往已发生远处转移,失去了手术治疗的机会,预后较差。随着基因检测技术的进步及小分子酪氨酸激酶抑制剂(TKIs)的广泛应用,大部分驱动基因阳性的晚期NSCLC患者在TKIs治疗中取得了较好的治疗效果,而对于驱动基因阴性的晚期NSCLC患者,免疫检查点抑制剂(ICIs)的出现为这部分患者的治疗提供了更多的可能,已成为这部分患者重要的选择。研究发现在晚期NSCLC患者的治疗过程中,放疗联合ICIs能够取得有效的肿瘤控制效果,本文针对放疗联合ICIs治疗晚期NSCLC患者的进展作一综述。In recent years,the incidence rate and mortality rate of lung cancer increase year by year,which seriously threaten human health and life. The onset of non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC) is hidden,and it is not easy to detect at an early stage. When it is found,distant metastasis often occurs,the opportunity for surgical treatment is lost,and the prognosis is poor. With the advancement of gene detection technology and the extensive application of small molecule tyrosine kinase inhibitors(TKIs),patients with driver-positive advanced NSCLc have achieved good treatment results in the treatment of TKIs,while for driver-negative advanced NSCLc patients,the emrgence of immune checkpoint inhibitor therapy(ICIs) provides more possibilities for the treatment of these patients and has become an important treatment option for these patients. In the treatment of patients with advanced NSCLc,studies have found that radiotherapy combined with ICIs can achieve effective tumor control effects. This article reviews the treatment progress of radiation therapy cornbinced with ICIs in patients with advanced NSCLc.
