摘　　要：高职院校的重要任务是要培养出高素质高技能人才,实训室是高职院校培养学生研究能力、实践能力及创新能力的主要场所。该文主要从高职院开放性实训室应具备条件、开放意义及开放期间管理存在的问题,分析目前开放性实训室运行现状。The important task of higher vocational colleges is to cultivate high-quality and high-skilled talents.The training room is the main place of training students'research ability,practice ability and innovation ability.This paper analyzes the current situation of the open training room in higher vocational colleges from the following aspects:the conditions,the significance and the problems in the management during the opening period.
