中西医结合治疗椎-基底动脉供血不足的效果及对D-二聚体的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨中西医结合治疗椎-基底动脉供血不足的效果及对D-二聚体的影响。方法:选取2019年6-12月笔者所在医院中医科收治的椎-基底动脉供血不足患者90例,按照单双数法将其分为对照组(n=45)与观察组(n=45)。对照组给予西医常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予自拟中药方和中理气汤治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗前,两组中医症候积分、D-二聚体水平比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组中医证候积分、D-二聚体水平均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用中西医结合治疗椎-基底动脉供血不足的效果显著,可明显改善患者临床症状。Objective:To investigate the effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment on vertebrobasilar artery insufficiency and its influence on D-dimer.Method:Ninety patients with vertebrobasilar arterial insufficiency admitted in the department of traditional Chinese medicine of our hospital from June to December 2019 were selected.They were divided into the control group (n=45) and the observation group (n=45) according to the single and even number method.The control group was given conventional western medicine treatment,and the observation group was given self-made Chinese medicine prescription He Zhong Li Qi Decoction on the basis of the control group.The treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Result:Before treatment,there were no significant differences in TCM symptom score and D-dimer level between the two groups (P>0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome score and D-dimer level in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of the treatment of vertebrobasilar artery insufficiency with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine is significant,which can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients.
