摘  要:个人品德建设是新时代社会主义思想道德建设的基石。个人品德建设引导是个人品德建设的前提和基础。研究个人品德建设引导的建构主体,是当下高校思想政治教育的一个重大理论课题,它丰富了思想政治教育的研究范围,对学科发展有着极大的促进作用,对加强社会主义思想道德建设具有重要意义。本文以高校德育、思想政治教育为主线,分别沿着建构主体的概念界定、类型、主体特性、地位和作用的逻辑进行研究,并提出最终实现个人品德建设的目的——个人品德建设建构主体通过自我建构满足社会和自己的思想道德需要。The construction of personal morality is the cornerstone of the ideological and moral construction of socialism in the new era.The guidance of personal morality construction is the premise and foundation of personal morality construction.Studying the construction subject of personal morality construction is a major theoretical subject of ideological and political education in colleges and universities,enriching the connotation of ideological and political education research,promoting the development of this discipline,with great significance for strengthening socialist ideological and moral construction.This thesis,focusing on moral education,ideological and political education in universities,studies along the logic of the definition,type,subject characteristics,status and role of the constructive subject,and proposes the ultimate goal of personal morality construction,that is,the subject of personal morality construction,through self-construction,meets the needs of society and his own ideology and morality.
