家校协同父母知情权与未成年子女隐私权的协调策略

摘　　要：未成年人尤其在家庭语境中的隐私权问题,常常"理所应当"被人忽视。面对孩子教育问题,通过教育手段的有效介入,逐步加大法制宣传,并大力发展家庭教育,规范学校引导,开启家校协同育人,不断革新父母思想理念,共享正确有效的方法经验等策略,从而协调父母知情权与未成年子女隐私权,实现教育权利迁移,提升未成年人核心素养,培养健全人格,促进未成年人身心健康发展。The privacy right of children,especially in the family context,is often unreasonably ignored.Facing the problems in children’s education,through the effective intervention of educational means and the increasing of legal publicity,home-school cooperative mechanism can be constructed.With the mechanism,the parents’right to know and children’s privacy protection can be coordinated,and the educational rights can be transferred.The mechanism can improve the children’s core literacy and a sound personality,so as to promote the physical and mental health of children.
