摘  要:目的探讨乳腺癌患者神经生长因子(NGF)及其受体p75(p75NTR)表达含量的变化与临床意义。方法选择90例乳腺癌患者为研究对象,收集患者相关临床资料。比较乳腺癌组织和癌旁组织NGF、p75NTR表达水平。并分析癌组织中NGF、p75NTR与患者临床病理特征、乳腺癌分子亚型、雌激素受体(ER)、孕激素受体(PR)以及细胞的增殖指数(Ki-67)的关系。结果经卡方检验,乳腺组织的NGF阳性率显著高于癌旁正常组织组(P<0.05);乳腺组织的p75NTR阳性率显著低于癌旁正常组织组(P<0.05);淋巴结转移组的NGF阳性率高于无淋巴结转移组(P<0.05);pTNM分期Ⅲ~Ⅳ期者NGF阳性率高于Ⅰ~Ⅱ期者(P<0.05);不同分子亚型之间NGF、p75NTR的表达无统计学差异(P>0.05)。经相关性分析,NGF与ER、PR呈负相关,与Ki-67呈正相关(P<0.05);p75NTR与ER呈负相关,与Ki-67呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论NGF、p75NTR的表达水平在乳腺癌组织和癌旁组织中存在差异,且与乳腺癌的进展密切相关,可作为治疗方案的制定和预后判断潜在靶点。Objective To explore the changes and clinical significance of nerve growth factor(NGF)and its receptor p75(p75NTR)in patients with breast cancer.Methods 90 patients with breast cancer were selected as the research objects,and relevant clinical data of the patients were collected.The expression levels of NGF and p75NTR in breast cancer tissues and adjacent tissues were compared.And the relationships between NGF,p75NTR in breast cancer tissue and clinicopathological features,breast cancer molecular subtypes,estrogen receptor(ER),progesterone receptor(PR)and cell proliferation index(Ki-67)were analyzed.Results The positive rate of NGF in breast cancer tissue was significantly higher than that in paracancerous tissue(P<0.05).The positive rate of p75NTR in breast cancer tissue was significantly lower than that in the paracancerous tissue(P<0.05).and the positive rate of NGF in lymph node metastasis group was higher than that in non-lymph node metastasis group(P<0.05).The positive rate of NGF inⅢ~Ⅳstage of pTNM stage was higher than that in stageⅠ~Ⅱ(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the expression of NGF,p75NTR among different molecular subtypes(P>0.05).The correlation analysis showed that NGF was negatively correlated with ER,PR and positively correlated with Ki-67,while p75NTR was negatively correlated with ER and positively correlated with Ki-67(P<0.05).Conclusion The expression level of NGF,p75NTR is different in breast cancer tissue and paracancerous tissue,and is closely related to the progress of breast cancer.It can be used as a potential target for the formulation of treatment plan and prognosis.
