摘　　要：目的探讨DR及CT在早期肺癌中筛检及诊断价值。方法随机选取早期肺癌患者共120例,行DR正位胸片及螺旋CT,观察和对比分析两种诊断方式实施的准确率以及患者肺部结节检出的具体情况,同时对患者的疾病变化情况加以观察。结果CT诊断对患者疾病诊断准确率为81.0%,明显要高于DR诊断准确率的62.0%(P<0.05);CT结节检出率为30.0%,相对比DR检出率(17.0%)更高(P<0.05)。螺旋CT扫描显示肺部转移者为4例,DR检查显示肺部转移者为5例,CT扫描与DR检查的结果和病理结果对比都无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论对早期肺癌患者实施CT筛查和诊断处理的时候,相对比DR诊断方式而言,CT检查能够促使早期肺癌疾病的确诊率明显提升,对患者的及时治疗具有重要影响,能够有效降低肺癌疾病的病死率,这一检查方式的安全可靠程度也明显更高,CT检查在临床上存在着显著的诊断价值。Objective To investigate and analyze the value of DR and CT in early lung cancer screening and diagnosis.Methods A total of 120 patients with early stage lung cancer treated were randomly selected as subjects.These patients were diagnosed with DR orthotopic chest radiography and spiral CT.The accuracy of the implementation of the method and the specific conditions of the patient's pulmonary nodules were detected,and the patient's disease changes were observed.Results The diagnostic accuracy of CT diagnosis for patients was 81.0%,which was significantly higher than the diagnostic accuracy of DR by 62.0%(P<0.05).The detection rate of CT nodules was 30.0%.The detection rate(17.0%)was higher(P<0.05).Spiral CT scan showed 4 cases of pulmonary metastases,and 5 cases of pulmonary metastases by DR examination.There was no significant difference between CT scan and DR test results and pathological results(P>0.05).Conclusion When CT screening and diagnosis are performed in patients with early stage lung cancer,compared with DR diagnosis method,CT examination can promote the diagnosis rate of early lung cancer disease significantly,which has an important impact on the timely treatment of patients and can effectively reduce lung cancer.The mortality rate of the disease,the safety and reliability of this examination method is also significantly higher,CT examination has significant clinical diagnostic value.
