α-干扰素栓+LEEP刀治疗人乳头瘤病毒感染的效果研究

摘　　要：目的:分析α-干扰素栓+LEEP刀治疗人乳头瘤病毒感染的应用效果。方法:选取笔者所在医院2018年1月-2019年5月收治的人乳头瘤病毒感染患者130例,按入院顺序单双号将其分为两组,每组65例。对照组采用LEEP刀治疗,观察组采用LEEP刀联合α-干扰素栓治疗。比较两组临床指标、手术前后免疫球蛋白水平、治疗后人乳头瘤病毒感染阳性率及复发率。结果:观察组术中出血量少于对照组,创面愈合时间早于对照组,术后免疫球蛋白指标水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者随访6个月,治疗后观察组人乳头瘤病毒感染阳性率为6.15%,低于对照组的29.23%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后随访6个月,观察组术后复发率为1.64%,低于对照组的26.09%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:α-干扰素栓联合LEEP刀治疗人乳头瘤病毒感染的效果显著,复发率低,值得应用。Objective:To analyze the therapeutic effect ofα-interferon Suppositons and LEEP knife in the treatment of human papillomavirus infection.Method:A total of 130 patients with human papillomavirus infection admitted in our hospital from January 2018 to May 2019 were selected and divided into two groups according to the order of admission,with 65 patients in each group.The control group was treated with LEEP knife,while the observation group was treated with LEEP knife combined withα-interferon Suppositons.The clinical indicators,immunoglobulin level before and after operation,positive rate of human papillomavirus infection after treatment and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups.Result:The amount of intraoperative blood loss in the observation group was less than that in the control group,the wound healing time in the observation group was earlier than that in the control group,and the levels of postoperative immunoglobulin were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Patients in the two groups were followed up for 6 months.After treatment,the positive rate of human papillomavirus infection in the observation group was 6.15%,which was lower than 29.23%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 6 months of follow up after treatment,the recurrence rate in the observation group was 1.64%,which was lower than 26.09%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:α-interferon Suppositons and LEEP scalpel in the treatment of human papillomavirus infection has a significant effect,and the recurrence rate is low.It is worthy of application.
