摘　　要：食品可追溯体系是国内外保证食品质量安全的一项重要举措.本文结合古龙食品有限公司可追溯体系的建立与实施的具体案例,分析了目前食品可追溯系统在罐头制品中的应用,并且对当下罐头行业存在的主要问题进行了分析,阐述了古龙罐头建立可逆溯体系的具体举措,以此推动罐头行业的质量控制和发展.Food traceability systems are an important measure to ensure food quality and safety.We analyze the application of a food traceability system in canned products based on its establishment and implementation at the Gulong Food Co.,Ltd.The main problems in the current can industry are interpreted,and the specific measures at Gulong are described,which will promote the quality control and development of the canning industry.
