摘 要:新工科背景下,企业对具有较高工程素养的人才有着迫切的需求.因此需要在研究生阶段加大力度培养学生的卓越工程能力和素养.以光学工程专业研究生专业课《导波光学与光纤传感》课程为例,分析了传统教学模式的弊端,对授课内容和模式进行了改革探索.设置了与光学工程应用内容密切相关的专题研讨课内容,采取了无领导小组讨论的研讨模式,建立了基于各项能力培养的研讨评价标准并探索制订了课程考核方式,最后分析总结了近几年改革实践结果.实践表明,这种基于工程应用问题的研讨课对提高学生工程素养和团队协作能力是非常有帮助的,对今后工程领域研究生教学课程改革也提供了可借鉴的经验.Under the background of new engineering subjects,enterprises have an urgent demand for talents with high engineering qualities.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the cultivation of students’excellent engineer⁃ing ability and quality at the graduate stage.To the“guided wave optics and optical fiber sensing”course for graduate students majoring in optical engineering as an example,we analyze the disadvantages of traditional teaching mode,and explore the reform of teaching content and mode.The content of the seminar are closely relat⁃ed to the application of optical engineering.It adopts the discussion mode of leaderless group discussion.The evaluation standard of discussion based on the ability training was established,and the curriculum assessment methods were formulated.Finally,the reform practice results in recent years are analyzed and summarized.The results show that the seminar based on engineering application problems is very helpful in improving students’engineering quality and team cooperation ability,and also provides a reference experience for the reform of gradu⁃ate teaching curriculum in future engineering fields.
