摘　　要：报告1例巨大头皮烧伤瘢痕癌。患者男,55岁,头皮烧伤后瘢痕形成52年,破溃3年。专科查体:左侧顶枕部见一约18cm×11cm×2.5cm溃疡创面,溃疡基底粉红色,表面凹凸不平,犹如菜花状,表面黄白色坏死组织增生,伴恶臭,局部触痛明显,头皮紧贴颅骨。术中冰冻提示:头皮高-中分化鳞状细胞癌,基底部见癌累及。患者目前一般情况可,预后良好,未见复发,仍在随访中。A case of scar carcinoma of the giant scalp was reported.The patient,male,55 years old,was scarred for 52 years after burns and ruptured for 3 years.Specialist physical examination:there was an ulcer wound about 18cm×11cm×2.5cm in the left parietal occiput.The ulcer had a pink base and uneven surface,just like cauliflower-shaped,with yellow-white necrotic tissue hyperplasia on the surface,accompanied by odor,obvious local tenderness,and the scalp was close to the skull.Intraoperative freezing suggested a highly-differentiated squamous cell carcinoma of the scalp with basal involvement.The patient is in general condition and has a good prognosis.No recurrence has been found and the patient is still being followed up.
