摘　　要：目的探究口腔正畸在牙周病致前牙移位患者治疗中的应用效果及其对患者VAS评分的影响。方法将我院2018年5月-2020年5月收治的牙周病致前牙移位患者94例采取数字表的方式随机分为两组,每组均有患者47例,对照组采用常规治疗方案,研究组应用口腔正畸方式治疗,分析两组患者在牙齿功能、VAS评分、SBI指数以及血清炎症因子水平方面存在的差异。结果治疗后研究组患者牙齿各项功能评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后研究组患者VAS评分及SBI指数均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组患者各项炎症因子的水平均有一定程度下降且研究组炎症因子水平均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论应用口腔正畸方案对牙周病致前牙移位患者进行治疗,可以显著改善患者的牙齿功能和龈沟出血的情况,同时对于降低患者VAS评分和血清炎症因子水平具有重要意义,可以作为临床上治疗牙周病致前牙移位的一种有效方式。Objective To explore the effect of orthodontics in the treatment of patients with anterior tooth displacement caused by periodontal disease and its influence on patients'VAS score.Methods Ninety-four patients with anterior tooth displacement due to periodontal disease admitted to our hospital from May 2018 to May 2020 were randomly divided into two groups by means of a digital table.Each group had 47 patients.The control group received conventional treatment According to the protocol,the research group applied orthodontic treatment to analyze the differences in tooth function,VAS score,SBI index and serum inflammatory factor levels between the two groups.Results After treatment,the scores of tooth functions of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,the VAS score and SBI index of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,the two groups of patients The levels of various inflammatory factors decreased to a certain extent,and the levels of inflammatory factors in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of orthodontic treatment to patients with anterior tooth displacement caused by periodontal disease can significantly improve the patient’s dental function and gingival crevicular bleeding.At the same time,it is of great significance for reducing the patient’s VAS score and serum inflammatory factor levels.Clinically,it is an effective way to treat the displacement of anterior teeth caused by periodontal disease.
