Caspase-9和c-IAP1在胃腺癌组织中的表达及相关性研究

摘　　要：目的通过检测Caspase-9蛋白和c-IAP1蛋白在胃腺癌组织中的表达,探讨二者与胃癌发生、发展的关系及二者相关性。方法选取50例胃腺癌组织作为实验组,40例正常胃黏膜组织作为对照组,采用免疫组化SP法检测Caspase-9和c-IAP1的蛋白表达情况。结果Caspase-9蛋白在胃腺癌组织中的表达显著低于正常胃黏膜组织(P<0.05);Caspase-9蛋白的阳性表达与胃腺癌的组织分化程度、TNM临床分期、淋巴结转移均明显相关(P<0.05),而与性别、年龄、浸润深度无关(P>0.05)。c-IAP1蛋白在胃腺癌组织中的表达显著高于正常胃黏膜组织(P<0.05);c-IAP1蛋白的阳性表达与胃腺癌的组织分化程度、TNM临床分期、淋巴结转移、浸润深度均明显相关(P<0.05),而与性别、年龄无关(P>0.05)。两者在胃腺癌组织中的表达呈负相关(rs=-0.578,P<0.05)。结论Caspase-9和c-IAP1在胃腺癌组织中的表达呈负相关,其异常表达参与了胃腺癌的发生、发展。Objective By examining the protein expression of Caspase-9 and c-IAP1 in gastric adenocarcinoma tissues,to explore their relationship with the development and progression of gastric adenocarcinoma;and the correlation between the two.Methods The protein expressions of Caspase-9 and c-IAP1 were detected in 50 cases of gastric adenocarcinoma tissues and 40 cases of normal gastric mucosa tissues,byimmunohistochemical method.Results The expression of Caspase-9 protein in gastric adenocarcinoma was signifi cantly lower than that of normal gastric mucosa(P<0.05);The expression of Caspase-9 protein in gastric adenocarcinoma tissues were significantly correlated with histological differentiation,TNM clinical stage and lymph node metastasis(P<0.05),while there was no correlation with gender,age and depth of invasion(P>0.05).The expression of c-IAP1 protein in gastric adenocarcinoma was signifi cantly higher than that of normal gastric mucosa(P<0.05);The expression of c-IAP1 protein in gastric adenocarcinoma tissues were signifi cantly correlated with histological differentiation,TNM clinical stage,lymph node metastasis and depth of invasion(P<0.05),while there was no correlation with gender and age(P>0.05).There was a negative correlation between the expression of Caspase-9 and c-IAP1 in gastric adenocarcinoma tissues(r s=-0.578,P<0.05).Conclusion The expression of Caspase-9 and c-IAP1 in gastric adenocarcinoma tissues was negatively correlated,and their abnormal expression participated in the development and progression of gastric adenocarcinoma.
