摘 要:目的:初步探究运用CT扫描观察脑出血大鼠模型脑血肿的实验方法。方法:采用自体血及胶原酶建立大鼠基底节区脑出血模型,采用经颈内动脉穿刺法建立蛛网膜下腔出血模型,并在各模型血肿面积达最大时进行CT扫描,之后断头取脑观察血肿情况,并扫描正常大鼠头部CT作为对照。结果:3种模型均未在CT上发现高密度影;麻醉后断头取脑,可在胶原酶和自体血脑出血模型大鼠脑实质内观察到暗红色血肿,与周围脑组织边界清楚;可在蛛网膜下腔出血模型大鼠的Willis环附近观察到暗红色血凝块,脑组织结构未见明显改变。结论:基于目前的研究方法,大鼠脑出血造模后难以用CT观察血肿变化,脑出血大鼠模型血肿评价方法尚需进一步研究。Objective:To preliminarily explore the experimental method of observing cerebral hematoma in rat models of cerebral hemorrhage by CT scanning.Methods:Autologous blood and collagenase were used to establish rat models of cerebral hemorrhage in the basal ganglia region,and a subarachnoid hemorrhage model was established via internal carotid artery puncture.CT scans were performed when the hematoma area of each model reached the maximum,and then the rats were decapitated to observe the hematoma in the brain.CT scans of the head of a normal rat served as a control.Results:None of the CT scans of the three models showed high-density shadows.Dark red hematomas were observed in the brain parenchyma of the collagenase and autologous blood cerebral hemorrhage model rats,and the boundary with the surrounding brain tissue was clear;dark red blood clots could be observed near the circle of Willis in the subarachnoid hemorrhage model rat,and there was no obvious change in brain tissue structure.Conclusion:Due to the limit of current means of research,it is difficult to observe the changes of hematoma with CT after establishing rat models of cerebral hemorrhage.The method of evaluating hematoma in rat models of cerebral hemorrhage needs further study.
