摘  要:高校大型仪器设备操作人员由于岗位限制,造成人员数量不足,而受人员累计工作时间限制,部分仪器设备开机时数不能满足预约时数,降低了仪器设备的使用效率。针对上述问题,山东理工大学分析测试中心以扫描电镜岗位为试点,经过10余年的探索,逐步建立了"一岗多人"服务模式。实践表明,大型仪器机组"一岗多人"服务模式有效缓解了管理人员不足的矛盾,显著提高了分析测试服务效率。Due to the post limitation,the operators of large-scale instrument and equipment in Colleges and Universities are insufficient,and limited by the accumulated working time of personnel,the working hours of some instruments and equipment cannot meet the appointment hours,which reduces the efficiency of some instruments and equipments.In view of the above problems,the service mode of"multiple staff for one post"has been established gradually after more than 10 years of exploration of the scanning electron microscope post of Analysis and Test Center in Shandong University of Technology.The practice shows that the"multiple staff for one post"service mode for large-scale instrument unit effectively alleviates the contradiction of insufficient management personnel and significantly improves the service efficiency of analysis and test.
