基于HyperMesh的纵梁加固板对车架总成刚度影响的分析

摘　　要：文章以某轻型卡车车架为研究对象,应用HyperMesh分析软件,对比分析不同形状加固板对车架总成弯曲刚度、扭转刚度及模态的影响。经过对比分析,我们量化了加固板变动对该型卡车车架刚度及固有频率的影响,为设计提供有力的数据支撑。With a certain light truck frame as the research object,this paper contrasts and analyses the influence of different shape in-fixed boards on the bending stiffness,torsional stiffness and modal of frame by applying the Hyper Mesh analysis software.After the contrast and analysis,we quantified the influence of reinforcement plates change on the frame stiffness and natural frequency of the light truck,providing a strong data support for frame design.
