摘 要:目的优选银怡片水提工艺。方法以葛根素、总黄酮提取量和出膏率为综合评价指标,采用G1-熵权法确定各指标的权重系数,以加水量、提取时间和提取次数为考察因素,通过正交试验法确定银怡片的最佳水提工艺参数。结果银怡片的最佳水提工艺为加10倍量水提取3次,每次1.5 h,葛根素、总黄酮提取量分别为37.79,2.85 mg/g,出膏率为17.14%。结论G1-熵权法结合正交试验可用于银怡片提取工艺的优选,优化后的提取工艺稳定可行,为其产业化奠定了基础。Objective To optimize the water extraction process of Yinyi Tablets.Methods With the amount of water and the extraction time as independent variables,the content of puerarin,total flavonoids and paste-forming rate were taken as the comprehensive evaluation indexes.The weight coefficient of each index was determined by G1 entropy method,and the optimum water extraction process parameters of Yinyi Tablets were determined by orthogonal test with water addition,extraction time and extraction frequency as factors.Results The optimum extraction conditions were as follows:the medicinal materials were extracted for three times with 10 folds of water,1.5 h each time.The content of puerarin,total flavonoids and paste-forming rate were 37.79,2.85 mg/g and 17.14%,respectively.Conclusion G1-entropy method combined with orthogonal design can be applied in optimization of the extraction process of Yinyi Tablets.The optimum process can provide basis for industrialized production of Yinyi Tablets.
