摘　　要：目的研究国际黄病毒科烈性传染病病毒领域发展现状,为我国新发和烈性传染病疫情防控提供情报参考。方法通过文献计量和科学知识图谱方法对我国《人间传染的病原微生物名录》中规定的黄病毒科的9种第一类烈性传染病病毒领域进行研究现状和趋势分析。结果黄病毒科烈性传染病病毒研究领域主要有:疫情爆发、流行历史以及风险评估和公共卫生、生物安全问题,病毒生态学和防治技术,病毒免疫反应和疫苗开发,以及基因诊断和系统发育分析等。结论我国对黄病毒科烈性传染病病毒研究的关注不足,应提升相关疫情的防范意识和潜在的国家生物安全风险并加强相关研究。Objective The study aimed to explore the current research state of flaviviridae,and to provide information reference for our country’s prevention and control of emerging infectious diseases.Methods Bibliometrics and mapping knowledge domain methods were used to analysis the research state and trends of nine fulminating infectious diseases viruses of flaviviridae,which were classified as the first category in List of Human Pathogenic Microorganisms.Results The research fields in fulminating infectious diseases viruses of flaviviridae included epidemic outbreak history,risk assessment or public safety,biosafety,viral ecology and control technologies,virus immune response and vaccine development,gene diagnosis and phylogenetic analysis.Conclusion Our country pay insufficient attention to the study of fulminating infectious diseases viruses in flaviviridae,and need to be aware of the prevention of related epidemic along with the potential national biosafety risks and strengthen relevant research.
