摘　　要：综合性大学研究生院对二级学院研究生教育工作目标实行量化考核,关键是要科学地设计量化考核指标,同时要采取措施确保考核工作的顺利实施。要从围绕考核目标、考核工作原则、考核内容和考核方式,设计量化考核指标并对研究生院的职能进行相应调整,建立起研究生教育量化考核工作的保障机制。Comprehensive university graduate schools implement quantitative assessments for the postgraduate education work objectives of secondary colleges.The key is to scientifically design quantitative assessment indicators and at the same time take measures to ensure the smooth implementation of the assessment work.It is necessary to design quantitative evaluation indicators and adjust the functions of the graduate school based on the evaluation objectives,principles,content and methods of evaluation,and establish a guarantee mechanism for the quantitative evaluation of graduate education.
