摘 要:为提高直升机主旋翼轴扭矩的测量精度,首先结合理论分析对现有测量方法得到的旋翼轴扭矩结果进行评价,发现测量结果偏大;其次针对误差偏大的问题,采用有限元仿真,模拟侧向弯矩受力情况下扭矩电桥的输出结果,确定俯仰、滚转侧向力矩是造成旋翼轴扭矩测量结果偏大的主要原因;最后进一步分析仿真结果,提出一种新的主旋翼扭矩测量电桥方法,并通过地面试验验证新方法的正确性。新方法可消除侧向弯矩对电桥的耦合影响,是一种更为精确的主旋翼轴扭矩测量方法,可用于后续型号当中。In order to improve the measurement accuracy of the main rotor shaft torque,firstly,combined with theoretical analysis,the rotor shaft torque results obtained by the existing measurement methods are evaluated,and found that the measurement results of the existing methods are bigger than expected.Secondly,aiming at the problems,using finite element simulation,the output results of torque bridge under lateral bending moment are simulated and confirm that pitch and roll lateral torque are the main reasons for the larger measurement results of rotor shaft torque.Finally,further analyze the simulation results,a new bridge method for torque measurement of main rotor is proposed,and the correctness of the new method is verified by ground test.The new method eliminates the coupling effect of the lateral bending moment on the bridge,and is a more accurate method for measuring the torque of the main rotor shaft,and can be used in subsequent models.
