摘 要:旅游小企业接班机制研究关键在于识别影响子女接班行为的影响因素,并明晰各因素间的内部运行机理。文章以宏村24家已完成或正经历代际传承的旅游小企业为研究对象,通过深度访谈收集原始资料,采用扎根理论提炼影响子女接班行为的重要因素,结合计划行为理论分析框架,构建旅游小企业子女接班行为影响机制模型。研究发现,旅游小企业接班行为的主要影响因素包括接班态度、主观规范、知觉行为控制3个维度。接班态度、主观规范、知觉行为决定子女接班意愿,并通过对子女接班意愿间接影响子女接班行为。研究结论不仅增强了对旅游小企业接班机制的理论解释,而且为推动旅游小企业子女顺利接班提供了实践方向。Small tourism enterprises have exerted greater effect on the socio-economic development of travel destinations.The first generation of these businesses are aging to retire.Their later generation,however,have certain indisposition in taking over the enterprises.Previous studies focus on the descendants’willingness of succession in large and medium-sized family enterprises,yet less on small enterprises,specific industries and businesses with regional characteristics.The intergenerational succession of small tourism enterprises requires more attention on theories.The key of research on the succession mechanism in small tourism enterprises lies in identifying the influencing factors that affect the later generation and clarifying the internal operation mechanism among these factors.In the 1990s,some villagers in Hongcun,an ancient village in southern Anhui,leverage their own houses to set up small tourism enterprises in units of families.The trial in Hongcun has developed for long,providing sufficient achievements of research.This paper takes 24 small tourism enterprises in Hongcun that have completed or are undergoing intergenerational succession as the research object,collects first-hand information through in-depth interviews,analyzes the key factors that affect their succession behavior within the grounded theory,and constructs the influence mechanism model of succession behavior in small tourism enterprises,combined with the analysis framework of theory of reasoned action.Study shows that the main influencing factors of succession behavior in small tourism enterprises include attitude to succeed,subjective norm and perceived behavior control.These three factors determine the current generation’s willingness to succeed business,and therefore indirectly affect their succession behaviors.Moreover,the more positive their succession attitude,the greater the support of significant others,the stronger the perceived behavior control,so come the stronger willingness of succession,and more likely the succession behavi
