摘 要:为了考察五年制高职生心理韧性现状特点并基于积极心理学视角提出心理韧性提升对策,采用青少年心理韧性量表对222名五年制高职生实施问卷调查。结果表明:贫困与非贫困生在心理韧性及各因子得分上无显著差异。男生在目标关注、积极认知、人际协助因子及心理韧性上得分显著低于女生,但女生在情绪控制得分显著低于男生;非独生子女学生的目标关注、心理韧性分显著高于独生子女学生;老生的目标关注、人际协助、心理韧性分显著高于新生;无留守经历学生的目标关注、家庭支持、人际协助、心理韧性分显著高于有留守经历学生。基于积极心理学视角提出加强心理韧性知识宣教、培养学生积极认知,激发积极情绪、构建优质有效的社会支持网络的对策。In order to investigate the current characteristics of the psychological resilience of five-year higher vocational students and put forward the improvement countermeasures based on the positive psychology,222 five-year higher vocational students were investigated with the adolescent mental toughness scale.The results show that there was no significant difference between poor and non-poor students in psychological resilience and the scores of various factors.Male students scored significantly lower than female students in target attention,positive cognition,interpersonal assistance factor and mental toughness.However,female students scored significantly lower in emotional control than male students.The scores of target attention and mental toughness of students with siblings were significantly higher than those without siblings.The scores of target attention,interpersonal assistance and mental toughness of senior students were significantly higher than that of fresh students.The scores of target attention,family support,interpersonal assistance and psychological resilience of students without left-behind experiences were significantly higher than those with left-behind experience.Based on the positive psychology,this paper puts forward the countermeasures of strengthening the knowledge education of mental resilience,cultivating students'positive cognition,stimulating positive emotion,and constructing a high-quality and effective social support network.
