摘　　要：目的探讨颞前动脉梭形动脉瘤的临床特征及治疗方式。方法回顾性分析1例颞前动脉梭形动脉瘤患者的临床资料,并对相关文献进行复习。结果患者以蛛网膜下腔出血发病,在术中电生理监测下予以颞前动脉梭形动脉瘤孤立术治疗,疗效满意。结合文献复习,颞前动脉梭形动脉瘤以血管夹层多见,50%的患者发生蛛网膜下腔出血,多采用动脉瘤孤立或血管重建术治疗。结论颞前动脉梭形动脉瘤比较罕见,治疗方式的选择取决于动脉瘤的性质、临床症状和侧支循环代偿等因素。Objective To investigate clinical characteristics and treatment strategy of the fusiform aneurysm of anterior temporal artery.Methods The clinical data of one case fusiform aneurysm of anterior temporal artery was analyzed retrospectively and the literature were reviewed.Results Intraoperative electrophysiological monitoring was used for the patient.The aneurysm was treated by surgical trapping and the results were satisfactory.As the literature review demonstrated,the fusiform aneurysms of anterior temporal artery were mostly dissected.About fifty percent of patients suffered subarachnoid hemorrhage.Aneurysm isolation or revascularization were mostly used.Conclusions The anterior temporal artery fusiform aneurysm is rare.Treatment strategies should be designed according to the nature of the aneurysm,the presenting symptom and the collateral circulation.
