摘 要:以木粉添加量为变量,探究了木塑比对木粉/高密度聚乙烯(WF/HDPE)复合材料力学性能的影响,并分别采用硅烷偶联剂处理木纤维、在聚合物中添加MAH-g-HDPE增容剂、偶联剂与增容剂双添加处理三种方法制备复合材料,探究3种处理方式对WF/HDPE复合材料力学性能的影响。结果表明:当木塑比为4∶6(WF∶HDPE=4∶6)时,制备得到的复合材料力学性能最佳。单独添加硅烷偶联剂A-171或增容剂MAH-g-HDPE均能有效改善复合材料的综合力学性能,但两者共同处理后,可使复合材料获得更优的力学性能。In this study,the effect of wood to plastic ratio on the mechanical properties of wood flour/high density polyethylene(WF/PP)was investigated.Then,three methods were used to prepare composite samples:silane coupling agent treatment of plant fiber,MAH-g-HDPE compatibilizer addition to polymer matrix,coupling agent and compatibilizer synergistic treatment,and the effect of three interfacial treatment methods on the mechanical properties of WF/HDPE composites was explored.The results showed that the mechanical properties of composites were the best at the wood to plastic ratio of 4∶6(WF:HDPE=4∶6).Both silane coupling agent A-171 and compatibilizer MAH-g-HDPE could effectively improve the comprehensive mechanical properties of composites,but the mechanical properties of WPC treated by both additives were relatively better.
