摘  要:目的 探讨CT定位血肿微创穿刺术治疗脑出血临床疗效.方法 选取2016年1月—2019年1月入院就诊的脑出血病例92例进行回顾性抽取分析.按照临床治疗方式的不同分为对照组46例,观察组46例,对照组采用传统开颅血肿清除术方案治疗,观察组采用CT定位血肿微创穿刺术方案治疗,对比分析治疗前后两组患者GCS评分及NIHSS评分变化情况.结果 术前两组患者GCS评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后7 d和14 d两组患者GCS评分均显著高于术前,且观察组患者术后GCS评分均显著高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);术前两组患者NIHSS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后14 d和术后30 d两组患者NIHSS评分均显著低于术前,且观察组术后两个时间段NIHSS评分均显著低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 CT定位血肿微创穿刺术治疗脑出血具有较好的疗效和术后恢复效果.Objective To explore the clinical effect of CT-guided minimally invasive puncture and drainage in the treatment of cerebral hemorrhage.Methods 92 cases of cerebral hemorrhage admitted to the Fourth Affiliated Hospital of China Medical University from January 2016 to January 2019 were selected for retrospective analysis.According to the different clinical treatment methods,46 cases were divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was treated with the traditional craniotomy hematoma removal scheme,and the observation group was treated with the CT-guided minimally invasive puncture and drainage scheme.The GCS score and NIHSS score of the two groups before and after the treatment were compared and analyzed.Results There was no significant difference in GCS score between the two groups before operation(P>0.05);The GCS scores of the two groups were significantly higher on the 7th and 14th day after operation than that before operation,and the GCS score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in NIHSS score between the two groups before operation(P>0.05);The NIHSS score of the two groups was significantly lower than that before operation at 14 days and 30 days after operation,and the NIHSS score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group at the two time periods after operation(P<0.05).Conclusion CT-guided minimally invasive puncture and drainage is effective in the treatment of intracerebral hemorrhage,with less trauma and complications,which is helpful for the rehabilitation of patients5 neurological function.
