摘　　要：物理实验教学的规范对人才培养有重要的影响.阐述了从实验教案的编写、实验板书的设计、实验操作的规范以及实验评分标准等方面进行规范教学的意义,并以迈克尔逊干涉仪实验为例讲述了规范实验教学的具体实施方法.研究表明,规范物理实验教学,能有效提高教学质量,促进人才培养.Discusses the necessity of the standardized physics experiment teaching in connection with talent training.Elaborates the significance of standardized teaching from the preparation of experimental lesson plans,the design of experimental blackboards,the specifications of experimental operations,and the experimental scoring standards.The specific practice of this experimental center is described as an example with Michelson interferometer experiment for peer reference.The result shows that standardizing physics experiment teaching can effectively improve teaching quality and promote talent training.
