孔子学院承载中医药文化国际传播的战略思考

摘　　要：国家“一带一路”倡议的实施以及孔子学院建设的积极推进,为中医药文化的国际传播和推广搭建了重要平台。遵循中医药发展规律,基于孔子学院平台实施中医药文化的国际传播,对于中医药的传承和发展、提升中医药文化软实力具有重要意义。孔子学院可以通过强化中医药师资力量,积极搭建中医药文化传播与交流平台,有效融入“本土”,同时借力“中医+”思维理念,拓宽资源渠道,充分挖掘中医药的普世价值等措施,实现孔子学院和中医药品牌的双赢。“The Belt and Road Initiative”and the vigorous development of Confucius Institutes have set up an important platform for the international spread and dissemination of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)culture.It is of great significance for the inheritance and development of TCM and the promotion of soft power of TCM culture to follow the development law of TCM and implement the international communication of TCM culture based on the platform of Confucius Institute.Confucius Institutes can actively build a platform for the dissemination and exchange of TCM culture by strengthening the strength of TCM teachers,effectively integrating into the"local",and at the same time using the"TCM+"thinking concept to broaden resource channels and fully dig the universal value of TCM,so as to achieve a win-win situation between the Confucius Institute and the brand of TCM.
