摘　　要：放电连接装置是连接电动汽车和用电设施的桥梁,其性能表现是保证电动汽车放电过程中安全性和可靠性的重要基础。本文开展了3种放电连接装置的环境可靠性测试,验证了样品失效时的安全性能,分析了失效模式及失效机理,提出了产品设计改进措施,为提升产品品质及制定放电连接装置测试标准提供了依据。The discharge connection device is a bridge connecting electric vehicles and electrical facilities,and its performance is an important basis for ensuring the safety and reliability of electric vehicles during the discharge process.This article carries out environmental reliability tests of three types of discharge connection devices,verifies the safety performance of the samples when they failed,analyzes the failure modes and failure mechanisms,and proposes product design improvement measures,which provides basis for product quality and formulate discharge connection device test standards.
