摘 要:目的基于体验式学习理论构建护理本科生科研训练模式,并检验该模式提高护理本科生科研能力的效果。方法2019-2020年采用整体抽样法抽取某大学2016级护理本科生54名,采用自身前后对照法,分别在护生参加护理科研体验式学习模式前及体验8个月后发放护理人员科研能力自评量表进行调查,比较其科研能力得分的差异。结果护理本科生体验后与体验前比较,其问题发现能力[(9.43±1.37)vs.(3.96±0.93)分]、文献查阅能力[(16.24±1.64)vs.(7.89±1.53)分]、科研设计能力[(13.96±2.00)vs.(7.09±1.40)分]、科研实践能力[(12.78±1.49)vs.(8.16±1.45)分]、资料处理能力[(12.78±1.49)vs.(6.59±1.21)分]、论文写作能力[(17.41±2.31)vs.(8.28±1.46)分]的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论体验式科研训练模式可以促进护理本科生科研能力的培养。Objective To construct a scientific research training model for undergraduate nursing students based on the experiential learning theory,and test its effects on improving the scientific research ability of undergraduate nursing students.Methods From 2019 to 2020,totally 54 undergraduate nursing students admitted into a university in 2016 were selected as self-controls by cluster sampling,and investigated with a self-rating scale for research ability of nursing staff before and 8 months after they participated in the experiential learning,and the differences in their scientific research ability scores were compared.Results There were statistically significant differences in problem discovery ability[(9.43±1.37)vs.(3.96±0.93)],literature review ability[(16.24±1.64)vs.(7.89±1.53)],scientific research design ability[(13.96±2.00)vs.(7.09±1.40)],scientific research practice ability[(12.78±1.49)vs.(8.16±1.45)],data processing ability[(12.78±1.49)vs.(6.59±1.21)],paper writing ability[(17.41±2.31)vs.(8.28±1.46)]among the undergraduate nursing students before and after the experiential learning(P<0.05).Conclusions The experiential scientific research training model can promote the scientific research ability of undergraduate nursing students.
