外涂改良古方蜈蚣油治疗婴幼儿肛周脓肿2例

摘　　要：报道了西医诊断为肛周脓肿,中医诊断为肛痈,证属湿热蕴结证的2名分别为57 d和6个月患儿,经外涂改良古方蜈蚣油治疗痊愈的个案。对古方蜈蚣油加以改良,以山茶油替代麻油,蜈蚣与山茶油比例为1∶10,浸泡7 d后滤渣,取出药油,密封保存备用。因古文对蜈蚣与油的制法比例及浸泡时间并未做详细说明,期望通过本次临床案例可进一步对蜈蚣油的具体制法及有效成分做深入研究,为治疗肛周脓肿提供新思路。Two cases of perianal abscess diagnosed by Western medicine and perianal carbuncle by traditional Chinese medicine were reported.The 2 children patients belonging to dampness-heat accumulation and bind syndrome were 57 days old and 6 months old,respectively.They were individual cases cured by external application of modified ancient prescription Wugong You(蜈蚣油).The ancient prescription Wugong You was improved,camellia oil was replaced by sesame oil,the ratio of centipede to camellia oil was 1∶10,after soaking for 7 days,the medicinal oil was taken out from the filter residue,and sealed for reserve.Because the ratio of centipede to oil and the soaking time were not described in detail in ancient Chinese prose,it is expected that the specific preparation method and effective components of Wugong You can be further studied through this clinical case,so as to provide new ideas for the treatment of perianal abscess.
