摘　　要：医学模拟教育的快速发展为临床技能实践教学提供了更多贴近临床的操作环境及更符合医学伦理学的实践教学手段。中国医科大学附属盛京医院在2017年代表中国医科大学在第八届全国高等医学院校大学生临床技能竞赛中获得总决赛一等奖,2019年被评为首批国家儿童区域医疗中心,以此为契机医院在不断总结的基础上逐步引进国内外医学院校的先进模拟设备及技术,以期培养更优秀的儿科临床实用性人才。文章从医学模拟教学在儿科临床技能操作培训中的必要性、应用情况、儿科临床技能模拟教学中心的建设及儿科模拟教学在临床技能实践教学中的展望四个方面进行阐述,探讨如何借助医学模拟更好的进行儿科临床技能操作培训,从而提高医学生对儿科疾病的评估能力、解决问题能力及医患沟通能力,培养学生的儿科临床思维。The rapid development of medical simulation education provides more close to clinical operation environment and more practical teaching means in line with medical ethics for clinical skill practice teaching.Shengjing Hospital of China Medical University,on behalf of China Medical University,won the first prize of the finals in the 8th national clinical skills competition of medical college students in 2017,and was awarded the first batch of national children's regional medical centers in 2019.Taking this opportunity,we gradually introduced advanced simulation equipment and technology from domestic and foreign medical colleges on the basis of continuous summary,in order to cultivate better ones Show clinical practical talents in pediatrics.This paper expounds the necessity and application of medical simulation teaching in pediatric clinical skill operation training,the construction of pediatric clinical skill simulation teaching center and the prospect of pediatric simulation teaching in clinical skill practice teaching,and discusses how to better carry out pediatric clinical skill operation training with the help of medical simulation,so as to improve the ability of evaluation,problem-solving and communication between doctors and patients,and train the clinical thinking of Pediatrics.
