摘　　要：目的探讨团体心理干预对孕妇情绪、应付方式的影响。方法采用正负情绪量表、应付方式问卷对孕妇进行干预前后评估。试验组35例,对照组35例,试验组分5组进行每周1次,每次1.5小时,共5次团体心理护理干预。结果干预前1周、干预后1周、干预后1月,试验组正负情绪、应付方式得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),对照组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预前1周试验组对照组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后1周、干预后1月试验组正负情绪、成熟应付方式、不成熟应付方式差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),混合型应付方式差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论团体心理护理可有效促进孕妇情绪管理、成熟应付方式产生。Objective To investigate the effect of group psychological intervention on pregnant women's emotion and coping style.Methods Positive and negative emotion scale and coping style questionnaire were used to evaluate pregnant women before and after intervention.There were 35 patients in the experimental group and 35 patients in the control group.The experimental group of 5 received group psychological nursing intervention once a week for 1.5 hours each time.Results 1 week before the intervention,1 week after the intervention,and 1 month after the intervention,there were statistically significant differences in the scores of positive and negative emotions and coping style in the experimental group(P<0.05),while there were no statistically significant differences in the control group(P>0.05).1 week before intervention,there was no statistically significant difference between the experimental group and the control group(P>0.05).There were statistically significant differences in positive and negative emotions,mature coping style and immature coping style in the experimental group 1 week after intervention and 1 month after intervention(P<0.05),and there was no statistically significant difference in mixed coping style(P>0.05).Conclusion group psychological nursing can effectively promote the emergence of pregnant women's emotional management and mature coping mode,which can be promoted in a larger scope.
