单孔胸腔镜食管癌三野根治术的手术配合

摘　　要：目的总结单孔胸腔镜食管癌三野根治术的手术配合的经验,为“单孔胸腔镜食管癌三野根治术”的护理配合提供要点借鉴。方法回顾性总结65例术式为“单孔胸腔镜食管癌三野根治术的手术”护理配合,内容包括术前访视、患者入手术室后的心理护理、手术用物的准备、手术体位的安置与调整、手术器械的管理、手术操作各步骤的配合、特殊环节的细节把握。结果65例实施单孔胸腔镜食管癌三野根治术的患者手术顺利无一例中途转开放手术,胸腔部分的手术平均时间为(103.85±22.37)min,术中的平均出血量为(236.92±65.12)mL,平均住院时间为(11.54±1.66)天,无围手术期死亡病例。结论完善的手术护理配合是单孔胸腔镜食管癌三野根治术成功的重要保障。Objective To summarize the experience of operative cooperation in single port thoracoscopic threefield lymphadenectomy for esophageal carcinoma.To provide the key points for the nursing cooperation of this operation.Methods The nursing cooperation of 65 cases of"single port thoracoscopic threefield lymphadenectomy for esophageal carcinoma"was summarized retrospectively,including preoperative visit,psychological care of patients after entering the operating room,preparation of surgical materials,placement and adjustment of operation position,management of surgical instruments,cooperation of operation steps,and details of special links.Results 65 cases of the operation were successful,none of them was converted to open operation.The average operation time of the thoracic part was(103.85±22.37)min,the average bleeding volume was(236.92±65.12)mL,and the average hospitalization time was(11.54±1.66)days,and none perioperative deaths.Conclusion Consummat operation nursing cooperation is an important guarantee for the success of single portthoracoscopic three field lymphadenectomy for esophageal carcinoma.
