摘  要:将60%(w)刚玉粉和40%(w)碳化硅粉、外加不同质量分数(0、1%和2%)的碳化硼混合均匀,经压制成型后,分别在空气中于1400和1500℃保温3 h,制得刚玉-碳化硅复合试样,研究了碳化硼加入量对刚玉-碳化硅复合耐火材料表面氧化膜组成、结构及物相组成的影响。结果表明:在刚玉-碳化硅耐火材料中加入碳化硼,由于碳化硼先于碳化硅氧化形成液相,可以降低材料表面氧化膜的形成温度,提高氧化膜的致密度并且减小氧化膜的厚度,对碳化硅有保护作用;1500℃烧成试样的氧化膜比1400℃的更致密、更薄。Corundum-silicon carbide composite specimens were prepared using 60 mass%corundum powder,40 mass%silicon carbide powder,extra-adding different amounts of(0,1%and 2%,by mass)boron carbide,mixing evenly,shaping,and firing at 1400℃and 1500℃in air for 3 h,respectively.The influence of the boron carbide addition on the composition,the structure and the phase composition of the surface oxide film of the composite refractories was studied.The results show that since boron carbide turns into liquid earlier than silicon carbide,adding boron carbide to corundum-silicon carbide refractories can reduce the formation temperature of the surface oxide film on the material,increase the density of the oxide film and reduce the film thickness,which protects silicon carbide;the oxide film of the specimen sintered at 1500℃is denser and thinner than that at 1400℃.
