摘　　要：信息文化冲击下,档案职业客体不断拓宽、主体重新构建、社会期望与要求越发提高。档案事业主要矛盾发生变化,职业发展遭遇"瓶颈",职业的社会认同度低等困境阻碍着档案职业的提升和发展。为了突破困境,获得适宜性的发展,档案工作者要着重从拓展职业技能入手,加快事业发展进程,解决主要矛盾;加强职业规划的顶层设计,构建良好的档案职业文化,提高档案职业社会认同。Under the impact of information culture,the professional object of archives is continuously expanded,the subject is reconstructed,and the social expectations and requirements are increasingly raised.The main contradiction of archival undertaking changes,the development of it encounters“bottleneck”,and plights like the social recognition of it set back the promotion and development of it.In order to break through difficulties and obtain appropriate development,archivists should focus on expanding professional skills,accelerate the process of professional development and solve the main contradiction.They should strengthen the top-level design of professional planning,build a good archival professional culture,improve the social recognition of archival profession.
