摘  要:目的分析肠内免疫微生态营养(EIN)支持对急性胰腺炎大鼠炎症反应的作用及对JAK2/STAT3途径的影响。方法 32只雄性SD大鼠分为对照、模型、肠内营养(EN)、EIN共4组;对照组采用假手术干预,后3组均进行造模,对照组、模型组用生理盐水干预,EN组及EIN组用EN和EIN干预;检测大鼠血中胰脂肪酶(LPS)、淀粉酶(AMY)、钙(Ca2+)、白介素(IL)-18、IL-1β、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)-α水平和胰腺组织中JAK2及STAT3 mRNA和蛋白水平。结果与模型组及EN组比,EIN组大鼠血中LPS、AMY水平明显降低,Ca2+水平明显升高,且差异存统计学意义(P<0.05);与模型组及EN组比,EIN组大鼠血中IL-18、IL-1β、TNF-α水平明显降低,且差异存统计学意义(P<0.05);相较于模型组及EN组,EIN组大鼠组织中JAK2及STAT3 mRNA及蛋白水平均明显降低,且差异存统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用EIN营养支持可通过调控JAK2/STAT3途径有效抑制急性胰腺炎大鼠炎症反应。[营养学报,2020,42(3):266-269]Objective To investigate the effect of enteral ecoimmunonutrition(EIN)nutritional support on inflammatory responses and janus kinase 2/signal transducer and activator of transcription 3(JAK2/STAT3)pathway in rats with acute pancreatitis. Methods Thirty-two male SD rats were divided into the control group, model group, enteral nutrition(EN) group and EIN group. The control group was treated with sham-operation, while the model group, EN group and EIN group received normal saline. The EN group and EIN group were subjected to EN and EIN intervention respectively. Levels of pancrelipase(LPS), amylase(AMY), calcium ion(Ca2+)and interleukin-18(IL-18)in blood were detected, so were the levels of interleukin-1 beta( IL-1 beta), tumor necrosis factor(TNF-alpha), JAK2 and STAT3 in pancreatic tissues. Results The levels of LPS and AMY in the blood of the EIN group were significantly lower and Ca2+ was significantly higher than in the model group and EN group(P<0.05). Compared with the model group and EN group, the levels of IL-18, IL-1 beta and TNF-a in the blood of the EIN group were significantly lower, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Compared with the model group and EN group, the levels of JAK2 and STAT3 in pancreatic tissues in the EIN group were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion EIN nutritional support can effectively inhibit inflammatory response in rats with acute pancreatitis by regulating JAK2/STAT3 pathway.[ACTA NUTRIMENTA SINICA, 2020,42(3):266-269]
