受教育程度对新生代农民工收入的影响分析

摘　　要：基于我国农村教育不公的现实背景,利用CHIP中国流动人口中有关农民工的调查数据,研究分析了受教育程度和农民工月收入水平之间的关系。结果显示:农民工受教育程度的提高对其月收入水平有明显的促进作用。进一步研究发现,对高收入群体的农民工和新生代农民工而言,随着学历等级的提高,月收入水平的增长更为显著。农村地区的教育状况对农村地区收入的改善至关重要,根据实证研究结果,对农民工收入水平的提高提出相关政策建议。Based on the realistic background of the imbalance of rural education in China,using CHIP China's migrant workers'survey data to study and analyze the relationship between education level and migrant workers'monthly income level.The results show that the improvement of migrant workers'education level has a significant effect on their monthly income.Further research found that for high-income migrant workers and the new generation of migrant workers,as the level of education increases,the monthly income level increases more significantly.The educational status in rural areas is crucial to the improvement of rural incomes.Based on the results of empirical research,relevant policy recommendations are put forward for increasing the income of migrant workers.
