摘　　要：黄河生态带是践行绿色发展理念的重要抓手,是实施乡村振兴战略的重要载体,也是推进城乡统筹发展的重要区域,意义重大、影响深远。以河南省沿黄8市为例,分析得出,黄河生态带流域资源性缺水、生态环境脆弱、脱贫攻坚和滩区建设任务艰巨。提出关于黄河生态带可持续发展的意见建议,即推动黄河生态带建设上升为国家战略、开展流域生态文明协同发展试点示范、支持黄河滩区保护开发、谋划建设黄河生态带核心示范区,为黄河生态带建设提供了新的思路和方法。The Yellow River ecological belt was an important way to practice the concept of green development,an important carrier to carry out the rural revitalization strategy,and an important area to promote the overall development of urban and rural areas,which was of great significance and far-reaching impact.Taking eight cities along the Yellow River in Henan province as an example,this study showed that,the Yellow River ecological belt basin was short of water resources,the ecological environment was fragile,and the task of poverty alleviation and the construction of floodplain were arduous.The suggestions are put forward for the sustainable develop⁃ment of the Yellow River ecological belt,such as promoting the construction of the Yellow River ecological belt as a national strategy,carrying out pilot demonstrations for the coordinated development of ecological civilization in river basin,supporting the protection and development of the Yellow River floodplain,and planning the construction of the core demonstration zone for the Yellow River ecologi⁃cal belt.It provided new ideas and methods for the construction of the Yellow River ecological belt.
