摘  要:建立了测定大蒜和蒜薹2种基质中苯醚甲环唑的液相色谱串联质谱检测方法。样品采用QuEChERS前处理技术,以Shim-pack XR-ODSⅡ为分离柱,外标法定量。两种基质中苯醚甲环唑在选择的浓度范围内线性关系良好,相关系数(r)均不小于0.9998。在4个不同的添加浓度水平下,苯醚甲环唑在大蒜中加标回收率在88.16%~104.02%之间,在蒜薹的加标回收率在91.45%~103.14%之间,试验相对标准偏差≤3%。该方法操作简单、高效、快速,对测定同类基质中苯醚甲环唑残留量有较好的实际应用效果。A new method for determination of difenoconazole in garlic and garlic bolt by liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry was established.Samples are pretreated by QuEChERS.This method was an external standard method,which with Shim-pack XR-ODSⅡcolumn as separation column.The linear relationships of the difenoconazole in two samples were good in the selected concentration range,and the correlation coefficients were all not less than 0.9998.The rate of recovery of difenoconazole in garlic was 88.16%~104.02%at four spiked levels in the blank samples,and in garlic bolt was 91.45%~103.14%with the relative standard deviation values not more than 3%.The method has the advantages of simple operation,efficient and fast.It has a good practical application effect on the determination of difenoconazole residues in the same kind of sample.
