摘 要:目的检测喉鳞状细胞癌(LSCC)中Nin-one结合蛋白(NOB1)的表达,分析其与喉癌患者临床病理特征和预后的关系。方法采用免疫组化SP法检测226例LSCC组织和45例癌旁正常黏膜组织中NOB1蛋白的表达。结果LSCC组织和癌旁正常黏膜组织中NOB1蛋白的阳性表达率分别为62.8%和13.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。LSCC中NOB1的表达与临床分期、颈部淋巴结转移相关(P<0.05)。Kaplan-Meier生存分析表明,NOB1阳性表达组5年生存率明显低于阴性表达组(P<0.05)。结论NOB1蛋白在LSCC中表达上调与临床分期、颈部淋巴结转移和预后相关。NOB1蛋白可能在LSCC的发展和预后中有重要作用,可能成为LSCC新的肿瘤标志物和治疗靶点。Objective To investigate the expression of the Nin-one binding protein(NOB1)in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma(LSCC)and its relationship with clinicopathological factors and prognosis.Methods The expression of NOB1 in 226 samples of LSCC tissues and 45 samples of adjacent normal mucosa tissues were assessed using the immunohistochemical SP method.Results The positive expression rates of NOB1 in LSCC and adjacent tissues were 63.8%and 13.3%,respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The expression of NOB1 in LSCC tissues was associated with the clinical stage and lymph node metastasis(P<0.05).Kaplan-Meier survival analysis indicated that the five-year survival rate of the NOB1 positive expression group was significantly lower than that of the NOB1 negative expression group.Conclusion The expression of NOB1 is higher in LSCC,and it is associated with the clinical stage,lymph node metastasis,and prognosis of LSCC patients.NOB1 may play an important role in the development of LSCC,and it is a potential tumor biomarker and therapeutic target for LSCC.
