摘  要:在某发电厂锅炉补给水制备基础上,对现有主流超纯水制备工艺方案进行分析筛选,用国产无膜EDI(MFEDI)代替进口EDI工艺。在国产无膜EDI后端新增精处理单元,形成18MΩ超纯水稳定制备工艺路线。中试结果表明:此工艺在保持系统性能稳定的同时降低投资成本;提高水利用率的同时减少废水的排放量;系统扩容灵活;具有良好的抗冲击负荷能力,形成了全新的超纯水全膜法制备工艺。Based on the preparation of boiler make-up water in a power plant,the existing mainstream ultra pure water preparation process schemes were analyzed and screened,and domestic membrane free EDI(mfedi)was used to replace the imported EDI process.A new refining unit was added at the back end of domestic membrane free EDI,forming a process route of 18 MΩultra pure water stable preparation.The pilot test results show that:this process can maintain the stability of the system performance and reduce the investment cost;improve the water utilization rate and reduce the discharge of wastewater;the system expansion is flexible;it has good anti impact load capacity and other advantages,forming a new ultra pure water membrane preparation process.
