摘　　要：欧内斯特·卡伦巴赫的小说《生态乌托邦》通过对未来乌托邦社会的生动描述,对现代工业社会和消费文化展开了批判,探讨了现代社会个人的自我实现之道。这个未来可持续的生态城市突出了人与自然和谐相处的理念,同时注重道德的约束和引导,也成就了个人的自我实现。Ernest Kallenbach’s novel Ecological Utopia criticizes the modern industrial society and consumption culture through its vivid description of the future utopian society,and explores the way of individual self-realization in the modern society.This future sustainable ecological city highlights the concept of harmonious coexistence between man and nature,while pays attention to moral constraints and guidance,and achieves personal self-realization.
