摘  要:开发了电子琴演奏机器人实验教学平台。完成仿人机械手、双手横移机构的运动分析与结构设计;编写了具有编曲、转码、播放功能的上位机软件,实现了上位机控制机械手跨音区演奏功能,同时实现了C调卡农等多首曲目演奏、多乐器合奏等功能。为机电专业学生进行系统集成、系统调试、机构设计与优化、软件编程提供了良好实验平台。This topic has developed an experimental teaching platform for keyboard playing robots.It has completed the motion analysis and structural design of the humanoid robot finger and the two-handed movement mechanism.Ithaswrittenhost computer software with arranger,transcoding and playbackfunctions to achieve host computer control.The manipulator performs functions in the transphonic zone,and simultaneously realizes the performance of multiple tracks such as C-tuned Canon and multiple instrument ensembles.It provides a good experimental platform for mechanical and electrical students to perform system integration,system debugging,mechanism design and optimization,and programming practice.
