摘  要:为推广优质教学资源、提高实验教学水平,北京科技大学材料国家级实验教学示范中心整合自身优质教学资源和实验资源,通过真空冶炼等技术手段实践研制了系列金相标准试样。使用直读光谱仪和激光共聚焦扫描显微镜进行成分、组织检测。已广泛应用于材料、机械等专业实验教学,大学生科研训练计划(SRTP),大学生专业竞赛和科研活动,充分发挥了国家级实验教学示范中心的示范作用。为推广优质教学资源、提升实验教学质量、推动大学生竞赛开展构建了平台并发挥重要作用。In order to promote high-quality teaching resources and improve the level of experimental teaching,Material National Exemplary Center for Experimental Teaching in University of Science and Technology Beijing integrates its own high-quality teaching resources and experimental resources,and develops series of metallographic standard samples by vacuum smelting and other technical means. Composition and tissue detection are performed by optical emission spectrometer and laser confocal scanning microscope. It has been widely used in professional experimental teaching of materials,machinery,etc.,the Student Research Training Program( SRTP),college students’ professional competition and scientific research activities,which fully exerts the exemplary effect. A basic sample platform has been established,and played an important role in promoting high-quality teaching resources,improving the quality of experimental teaching,and promoting the development of college students’ competition.
