摘　　要：仔猪断奶应激会损伤肠道黏膜屏障功能和对病原菌先天免疫应答。作为动物机体内多种酶的组成部分,锌对动物生长发育、上皮完整性、抗氧化、免疫和繁殖等具有重要作用,是动物体必需微量元素。断奶仔猪饲粮中添加锌可以改善肠道屏障功能,降低仔猪腹泻率,缓解断奶应激带来的负面影响,提高其生长性能。然而,锌的过量补充可能会对动物机体产生一定的毒性效应,损害机体健康,破坏生态环境。因此,文章系统地综述了锌的吸收转运和生物学功能,阐明锌对维持肠道屏障功能的作用及过量锌的危害。同时指出锌在仔猪营养中需要进一步探讨和研究的方向。Weaning stress in piglet can damage the intestinal mucosa barrier function and the innate immune response to pathogens.As one of the essential trace elements in animal,zinc is the component of a variety of enzymes,which plays an important physiological and nutritional role in animal growth,epithelial integrity,reproduction,immunity and antioxidant.Dietary supplemented with zinc can im⁃prove the intestinal barrier function,reduce the rate of diarrhea in piglets,relieve weaning stress and improve its growth performance.However,excessive zinc supplementation may have a certain toxic ef⁃fect in pigs and environment.Therefore,this paper systematically summarizes the absorption,biologi⁃cal function of zinc,and expounds the effects of zinc on intestinal barrier function of weaned piglets and the harm caused by high doses of zinc on pig heath.Simultaneously,the future research direction of zinc in pig nutrition is also proposed.
