摘  要:印尼雅万高铁地处高烈度震区,部分地区地震动峰值加速度超过9度抗震设防烈度。减轻桥梁上部结构自重是减小地震力的有效方式,因此针对时速350 km的32 m简支箱梁进行优化设计。雅万高铁简支梁采用大规格预应力钢束,减小腹板厚度、减小梁高、减小底板厚度及宽度等方式减轻梁重,并进行车-桥动力仿真分析及足尺梁试验,验证简支梁静力、动力指标均满足要求。最终雅万高铁32 m简支箱梁梁体质量为696 t,有效降低了全桥地震效应,减少了工程投资,其研究方法和工程经验可供类似的项目借鉴。依托雅万高铁时速350 km简支梁,国铁集团发布了行业通用参考图-通桥(2018)2326,并在盐通铁路全线使用,取得了较好的经济效益和社会效益。The Jakarta-Bandung High-Speed Railway in Indonesia is located in the high-intensity seismic region,and the peak acceleration of ground motion in some areas exceeds 9 degrees.Reducing the self-weight of the beam is an effective way to reduce the seismic force.Therefore,an optimized design of a 32 m simply supported box girder for 350 km/h operation is adopted.In order to reduce the beam weight,large-scale prestressed steel bundle is employed to reduce the thickness of the web,the height of the beam,the thickness and width of the floor.Vehicle-bridge dynamic simulation analysis and full-scale beam test are carried out to verify the consistency of the simply supported beam with the requirements.The 32 m simply supported beam weighs 696 tons,which effectively reduces the seismic effect of the whole bridge and cuts down engineering investment.The research methods and engineering experiences can be used for similar projects.Relying on the simply-supported box beam of the Jakarta-Bandung High-Speed Railway,the China State Railway Group Co.,Ltd.released the general reference drawing of the industry-Tongqiao(2018)2326,used it throughout the Yantong Railway and created better economic and social effects.
