摘  要:嵌缝防水是盾构隧道防水组成部分中最内侧的构造,在实际工程中多为非定型高分子材料。由于对嵌缝材料的防排水作用有不同认识,国内外相关研究较少。通过分析嵌缝材料特性和粘结面理论,采用有限元软件ABAQUS分析混凝土强度、嵌缝材料硬度、粘结面刚度和不同嵌缝形式等因素对嵌缝防水层非定型嵌缝材料受力的影响,得出结论:防水设计时应采用高强度钢筋混凝土管片;嵌缝材料应选择粘结面刚度低、材料弹性模量低、硬度小的材料,且嵌缝材料设计粘结强度应该介于钢筋混凝土管片保护层拉伸强度和计算所得粘结面最大应力之间;为防止嵌缝材料脱落,缓解嵌缝处应力集中现象,嵌缝采用倒退拔式更加合理。Caulking waterproofing is the innermost structure of the waterproof component of the shield tunnel,and non-shaped polymer materials are used in most engineering projects.Due to different understanding of the anti-drainage effect of caulking materials,there are few related studies at home and abroad.By analyzing the properties of the caulking materials and the theory of the bonding surface,the finite element software ABAQUS is used to analyze the effects of the strength of the concrete,the hardness of the caulking material,the stiffness of the bonding surface and the different caulking forms on the non-shaped caulking materials of the caulking waterproof layer.According to the influence of force,it is concluded that high-strength reinforced concrete segments should be used in the waterproof design;caulking materials with low bonding surface rigidity,low material modulus and hardness should be selected;the strength should be between the tensile strength of the protective layer of the reinforced concrete segment and the maximum stress of the calculated bonding surface;in order to prevent the caulking material from falling off and alleviating the stress concentration at the caulking,it is more reasonable to adopt backward caulking.
